Donation Refunds

Eligibility for Donation Refunds

Donation refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Processing Errors: If there was an error in the donation processing
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If the donation was made without your authorization
  • Duplicate Transactions: If the same donation was processed multiple times
  • Technical Issues: If technical problems occurred during the donation process

Donation Refund Process

  1. Request Submission: Submit your refund request within 30 days of the donation
  2. Documentation: Provide transaction details and reason for refund
  3. Review Period: We will review your request within 5-7 business days
  4. Processing: If approved, refunds are processed within 10-15 business days

Service Refunds

Consultation Services

For consultation services, refunds may be available under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation: Cancellation made at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation
  • Service Not Provided: If the service was not delivered as agreed
  • Quality Issues: If the service quality was significantly below our standards

Training Programs

For training programs and workshops:

  • Full Refund: Available if cancelled at least 7 days before the program
  • Partial Refund: 50% refund if cancelled 3-7 days before the program
  • No Refund: For cancellations made less than 3 days before the program

Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds will be credited back to the original card
  • UPI Payments: Refunds will be processed through the same UPI ID
  • Bank Transfers: Refunds will be transferred to the original bank account
  • Digital Wallets: Refunds will be credited to the original wallet

Note: Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Typically, refunds appear in your account within 3-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed Services: Services that have been fully delivered
  • Digital Products: Digital downloads, reports, or materials
  • Event Registrations: After the event has commenced
  • Membership Fees: After the membership period has begun
  • Processing Fees: Transaction fees charged by payment processors
